Queenspins Casino Review

Queenspins has a verifiable operator and Tobique licence, but its KYC, forfeiture, dormancy and Costa Rica arbitration clauses create material risk.

Overview

Short answer: Queenspins is active and its operator is verifiable, but SureBets does not recommend depositing. The current contract includes broad balance-forfeiture powers, a 3x deposit wagering rule, monthly dormancy fees and mandatory arbitration in Costa Rica.

Commercial disclosure: Queenspins is excluded from our ranked recommendations and its visit CTA is suppressed. We did not create or fund an account for this update.

Queenspins verdict

The old page called Queenspins blacklisted after an undocumented audit and repeated unclear payout claims. Those statements have been removed. Our 3/10 score now reflects provisions in the operator's own current terms, not third-party complaint summaries.

Operator and licence

The current terms identify Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica company 3-102-893958, as owner and operator. They state licence 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. The regulator's licence-holder page lists Novatrix S.R.L as a B2C holder.

This is more transparent than the old review suggested. It does not remove the need to check whether the service is legal where you live. The restricted-country list changes and the exact regional terms govern the account.

KYC and balance forfeiture

Queenspins can request identity, address, payment and phone verification. The terms say a withdrawal can remain pending during KYC and can be cancelled if the operator cannot reach the player within two weeks. They also say invalid or missing documents can lead to account closure and forfeiture of funds.

The separate AML policy says document review can take up to 30 working days. Save all documents and use accurate registration details. Do not deposit if you cannot satisfy the published verification requirements.

Deposits, withdrawals and dormant accounts

The player contract requires deposits to be wagered three times before withdrawal. It publishes weekly and monthly payout limits, with progressive jackpots excluded, and says the payout method may be changed at the operator's discretion.

An account with no login or play for 12 months can be charged EUR 25 per month until its balance reaches zero. That is a material condition for anyone who leaves funds behind.

Bonus and dispute rules

The Australian bonus page sets maximum stakes, expiry periods and 50x wagering for free spins and free cash. It caps withdrawals from no-deposit bonuses. Offers differ by region, so use the rules attached to the exact promotion shown in your account.

Complaints start with support and can move to an ADR service. The contract also requires disputes to be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Costa Rica and says the casino server log is final for game-result disputes.

What we verified

We checked the live domain, operator terms, bonus terms, AML policy and regulator list on 25 July 2026. We did not deposit, upload documents, test support or request a withdrawal. See our review methodology for the evidence standard.

Responsible gambling

Do not use a bonus to justify a larger deposit. Set a hard loss limit, withdraw unused cash promptly and use self-exclusion if gambling becomes difficult to control.
