Overview

Short answer: Bettilt is active and linked to an active Curacao Gaming Authority licensee, but SureBets does not recommend depositing. Its published contract allows case-by-case withdrawal limits, identity checks before payout and cancellation of winnings above a stated daily maximum.

Commercial disclosure: The former SureBets affiliate domain no longer resolves, so the visit CTA is suppressed. We did not create an account, deposit, complete verification or test a withdrawal.

Bettilt verdict

We lowered the legacy 9.5/10 score to 4.5/10. That old score was based on product and bonus breadth, not the decision-critical contract now available. A valid offshore licence is a positive identity signal, but it does not neutralise clauses that can materially limit or cancel a large balance.

Operator and licence

Bettilt's August 2025 terms identify Lowell & Pruitt N.V., company number 144786, as operator and Arbex Technology LTD as payment agent. They cite Curacao licence OGL/2024/916/0436.

The CGA licence registry updated 8 July 2026 lists Lowell & Pruitt N.V. and that licence as indefinite. The registry verifies the licensee. Users should still confirm that the exact Bettilt domain is covered before depositing because the public site returned a location-based 451 response during our check.

Withdrawal and win limits

The contract states a maximum withdrawal of EUR 10,000 in 24 hours and EUR 50,000 in 30 days, or the account-currency equivalent. It also says the operator can adjust withdrawal limits case by case based on account history, transaction patterns, verification, security, account type and bonus conditions.

Balances above EUR 50,000 can be paid in monthly instalments. More importantly, the terms state that maximum winnings for one customer cannot exceed EUR 100,000 in 24 hours and that winnings above the maximum may be cancelled. This is a material cap, not a processing timetable.

KYC and account review

Before accepting a withdrawal, Bettilt may request passports, ID cards or other legal identification. It may also use phone, face or other verification. Users should assume full KYC can occur even if registration or deposits initially require less information.

Prepare to prove payment ownership, address and source of funds. Do not use a third-party payment method or register with details that cannot be verified.

Bonus and play restrictions

The old SureBets page promoted a 100% match up to EUR 500. We could not verify that offer as current on the exact official domain, so it has been removed. The contract contains broad fraud and bonus-abuse provisions. Read the exact promotion rules for excluded games, stake limits, wagering, expiry and prohibited play patterns before opting in.

A bonus should not be claimed when the operator's definition of prohibited play is unclear to you. Declining a bonus can make the cash-balance rules simpler, but it does not remove general account and withdrawal clauses.

Why the CTA is unavailable

The configured SureBets affiliate destination used bettilt.ncmpod.com, which did not resolve on 25 July 2026. We do not redirect a branded review through a dead or unverified tracker. The direct bettilt.com domain was reachable only as a location-based legal restriction from our review location.

What we verified

We checked the 29 August 2025 contract, operator and payment-agent details, the July 2026 CGA registry, the direct domain and the configured affiliate destination. We did not rely on unverifiable game counts, payout-speed claims or complaint totals. See our review methodology for how contract risk affects a score.

Responsible gambling

Do not chase a withdrawal limit or daily win cap. Set an affordable loss limit before depositing and stop if play becomes difficult to control. A licence does not make losses safer.

Bettilt FAQ

Is Bettilt licensed?

The operator named in its terms, Lowell & Pruitt N.V., appears with licence OGL/2024/916/0436 in the July 2026 CGA registry.

Why is Bettilt not recommended?

The contract allows case-by-case withdrawal limits and says winnings above EUR 100,000 in 24 hours may be cancelled.

Does the old EUR 500 bonus still apply?

We could not verify it as a current offer on the exact official domain, so it should be treated as expired.
