After being winless in their previous nine consecutive matches in all competitions, Chelsea FC have been very desperate to get a victory. Chelsea’s interim boss Frank Lampard set up the team formation with 4-3-3, where Kai Havertz led the attack with two young lads, Mudryk and Madueke. On the other side, Bournemouth’s coach played his team in a 4-2-3-1 formation.
The game started with Chelsea dominating the home side. They focused on keeping more possession. As a result, the Blues didn’t have to wait much to take the lead. Midfielder Conor Gallagher netted the ball in just nine minutes of the game with the help of N’Golo Kane, one of the most experienced players of Chelsea.
