As the day goes on, FC Barcelona are getting closer and closer to bringing back their biggest star, Lionel Messi. The Argentine world cup winner already left Paris Saint-Germain, but his next destination is uncertain as of now. Saudi club Al Hilal are trying hard to sign Messi. They presented a proposal that had never been seen before by the football world. They offered a crazy salary for Lionel Messi which will cost the club 400 million euros net per season. Yet Messi hasn’t accepted it as he wants to join Barcelona.
It is no secret that Xavi, the manager of Barcelona, and Juan Laporta, the president of the club, want Messi at any cost. Prior to bringing back Messi, Barca needs to figure out how to handle the Financial Fair Play role. The club has had several meetings with La Liga to find a solution. According to some reports, La Liga gave green signals to Barcelona in order to bring back Messi.
The hopes have become more intense after Messi’s father Jorge Messi met with Barcelona last night. “Leo wants to return to Barcelona, and I’d love to see him back to Barça. I can say that we are confident, Barça move is an option for sure. You will know the future soon,” Jorge Messi said after the meeting with Barcelona.
However, Barcelona didn’t present the official bid to Messi during the meeting. But both sides are confident to make it happen. Laporta and Jorge Messi know the time is running out. So, Messi’s next destination won’t take much time to be discovered.
Mac Allister agreed to sign for Liverpool
Argentine world cup winner Mac Allister said yes to Liverpool. He has agreed to sign for the All-Reds. Liverpool will sign him for five years contract, which will keep Allister until 2028.
Mason Mount To Manchester United?
Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount is desperate to join Manchester United. However, Manchester United are also interested in signing him. But Chelsea will not accept any bids less than 80 million euros. On the other hand, Man United are not willing to spend that much amount.
