Overview
Short answer: we cannot currently recommend Celtabet. Its own information pages claim a Curacao licence, but the pages we checked did not name the contracting legal entity, publish a licence number or link to a regulator record. The brand also says its entry domains change, which makes exact-domain verification especially important.
Commercial disclosure: SureBets may hold an affiliate relationship with brands it reviews. We have removed the visit button from this page while Celtabet's current entity and licence remain unverified. That decision takes priority over commission.
Celtabet verdict
The old page was only a coming-soon stub with a legacy score of 9/10. We have reduced the editorial score because a high rating is not supportable without a verifiable operator, licence number, terms, complaints route and hands-on payment test. This is not proof that Celtabet is fraudulent. It means the public evidence available to us is not sufficient for a recommendation.
What does Celtabet publish?
Celtabet's own licence article says the brand is licensed in Curacao. It does not display the licence number, the exact licensing authority under Curacao's current framework or the legal company that would hold a customer balance. We could therefore verify the existence of the claim, not the licence itself.
A separate current article says access domains may change and that users should obtain updated links through the brand's information site, social channels, email or text messages. A changing-domain model creates an extra risk of lookalike pages. Never trust a search ad, unsolicited message or copied logo as proof of the correct destination.
Checks to complete before registration
- Find the full legal name and registration number of the company accepting the deposit.
- Find the licence number and confirm it in the named regulator's own register.
- Confirm that the exact login and payment domain is covered by that licence.
- Read withdrawal limits, identity checks, bonus rules and dormant-account fees.
- Identify an independent complaints or dispute route.
- Confirm that online gambling is legal for you where you are located.
- Use a unique password and do not follow a changed-domain link from an unsolicited message.
If any of these facts cannot be established before payment, do not deposit. A general statement that a site is licensed is not a substitute for a traceable licence record.
What we verified
We checked Celtabet's public information pages about legality, current access and product categories on 25 July 2026. We did not create an account, receive a current login domain from the operator, verify a licence in a regulator register, deposit, place a bet, contact support or test a withdrawal.

Responsible gambling
Do not treat bonuses or betting as a way to make money. Set a hard loss limit before starting, never borrow to gamble and never chase a loss. If gambling becomes difficult to control, stop and contact a free support service in your country.
Celtabet FAQ
Is Celtabet licensed?
Celtabet says it holds a Curacao licence. We did not find the legal entity, licence number or regulator link needed to verify that claim on the pages checked.
Why does the Celtabet domain change?
The brand says access restrictions lead it to change entry domains. That also increases impersonation risk, so verify every destination independently.
Did SureBets test Celtabet withdrawals?
No. This review is based on public information and does not include a funded account test.
