The old review confidently promoted StarZino to Dutch players with a large fixed bonus, thousands of games, fast payments and cashback. That framing is no longer defensible. On 6 March 2026, the Dutch Kansspelautoriteit published an order against 3-102-897762 LTDA for offering gambling through starzino.com without a Dutch licence.

A Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate says starzino.com is operated by Luckywayz Limited B.V., company number 161054, under OGL/2024/1497/0884. The certificate page describes the status as active. The authority's more recent public register, dated 22 July 2026, lists the same company and licence as assessment in progress after an indicated 14 April 2026 expiry.

The Dutch enforcement record instead identifies 3-102-897762 LTDA in connection with the domain. Public StarZino-facing pages elsewhere also name that Costa Rican entity. We could not reconcile which company holds the current player contract, funds and complaint obligations for every visitor. A reader should not have to infer that chain before depositing.
