English champion Manchester City have lost another player from the treble-winning squad. After Ilkay Gundogan, Man City winger Riyad Mahrez has also left the club.

Saudi club Al Ahli reached an agreement with Manchester City to sign Riyad Mahrez for £30m. Mahrez has signed a three-year deal with Al Ahli, which will keep him at the club until 2026.

Man City signed Riyad Mahrez back in 2018 from Leicester City with a record transfer fee of £60m. After playing for five years for the Blues, Mahrez bid farewell. “To play for Manchester City has been an honour and privilege. Liverpool’s captain Jordan Henderson has completed the signing for Saudi club Al Ettifaq. Liverpool and Al Ettifaq reached an agreement to sign Henderson for £13m. Al Ettifaq is managed by former Liverpool player Steven Gerard. It is believed that Gerard has been a key factor to convince Henderson to sign for Al Ettifaq.
