The madness in the summer transfer window continues. The market has been buzzing about Kylian Mbappe for the last few transfer windows. But this window has gone beyond everything. The relationship between Paris Saint-Germain and Kylian Mbappe has been broken. The club put Kylian Mbappe up for sale, and Saudi club Al Hilal made a CRAZY bid for Mbappe.

Al Hilal’s Crazy Bid

Kylian Mbappe has entered the final year of his contract with PSG. He already told the club that he wouldn’t renew the contract with PSG. Therefore, the club wants to sell him this transfer window.

As we reported before, the club put him for sale. It is no secret that Real Madrid is the favorite destination for Kylian Mbappe. PSG believe Mbappe has a verbal agreement with Real Madrid that he will join them for free. But the French club doesn’t lose their best player for free. Club officials say Mbappe will be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of the club. Since Mbappe is available on the market, many clubs are exploring the option to buy Kylian Mbappe. Many sources reported that Chelsea, Manchester United, clubs from Saudi Arabia, and Real Madrid, of course, are trying to get Mbappe.

But Saudi club Al Hilal is the first to make an official bid for Kylian Mbappe. Al Hilal, who tried hard to sign Lionel Messi, made an official bid of €300m. If everything goes according to plan, it would be the highest transfer fee in football history.

However, Paris Saint-Germain have accepted Al Hilal’s proposal, according to sources close to PSG. Al Hilal knows Mbappe’s favorite destination is Real Madrid. But they are pushing hard to bring the French world cup winner to Saudi. As of now, Real Madrid haven’t made any comment on Mbappe’s current situation.

On the other hand, Al Hilal also haven’t met with Kylian Mbappe. It all now depends on the player’s side. If Mbappe accepts to go to Saudi, it will be done within weeks. Al Hilal are tempting Mbappe. They have prepared a huge offer for the player. The Saudi club wants to offer a net salary worth €200m per season fixed to Kylian Mbappé and his camp.

Is Mbappe really going to Saudi Arabia?

Well, it is very difficult to answer this question. In early July, PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi said, “My position is very clear. I don’t want to repeat it every time: if Kylian wants to stay, we want him to stay. But he needs to sign a new contract.”

Mbappe has two options, he can renew his contract with PSG, or he can be sold. But what if Mbappe doesn’t agree to join Saudi?

Kylian Mbappe wants to stay in Europe. So, if he denies to join Saudi, PSG can’t sell him. The result is that he will remain with PSG next season and join Real Madrid as a free agent in 2025. But Mbappe is likely to seat on the bench at PSG if he stays in France.

However, there is a strong possibility that Mbappe could sign for Al Hilal for one season and will join Real Madrid in 2025. The coming days will be very crucial to know the future of Kylian Mbappe.
